The installers were superb and did an amazing job on our formal living room, living room, kitchen, and hall way, The cost of our project was well worth it without breaking the bank. Our experience with the employees at the League City store was good. Everyone I spoke to on the phone there was nice and helpful, and I appreciate their good customer service. However, the quality of the LL Flooring product is awful, and that is the focus of this review: We had CoreLuxe from LL Flooring professionally installed throughout our entire house about a year and a half ago, along with new subflooring and underlayment. The house previously had tile, and we wanted something more child-friendly. We moved into the house less than a year ago, and over the past couple months the CoreLuxe planks have gotten so bad (there were some issues before but recently the major ones arose). And we are not rough on them. They scratch very easily. This happened right away and continues to happen.

Fredy is amazing! If you are looking for new floors he’s the guy to ask for!! He is friendly and knowledgeable. He really helped us out when my daughter was remodeling the house she bought and was on a budget. He helped her find something that looked amazing and stayed in her price range.

Margie was a huge help with items we needed to refinish floors in a 137 year old home. She's professional, knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend anyone interested in doing floors or those in the business to come check out this place. Gulf Freeway @ Hwy 96 close to Galveston. prices are unbeatable for good quality.
