Customer Reviews
The store has been very helpful, my review is based on the flooring material and corporate. We bought the LL Flooring owned Duravana. Buyer beware!!!! We got our flooring in February and by June it was chipping in the middle of planks and chunks coming off. I contacted the store and then the warranty process with corporate started. They tested our floors, with their own test not independent, and our floors conveniently barely met their standard, so no warranty covered. The extensive damage to duravana floor is their standard. Again the STORE itself has been helpful and help with getting us product to fix the the missing planks. Do not buy Duravana materials. Pictures of only a few of our damaged floors. Update: The bottled reply means nothing, when we have been told that the planks miss
Okay. Story time. Buckle up, it's a long one. Let's go back to 2021-2022. I picked out some awesome vinyl floor. Had it installed by the RUDEST and probably not qualified contractors they could find. The "boss" on the job actually stole my husband's sunglasses (he called me 3 days later and admitted he took them, offered to return them and I never heard from him again.) There are gaps between the floor and the wall. The quarter round they installed wasn't done correctly because it was pulling away from the wall THE NEXT DAY. My favourite part was we had a small divot in our cement layer. Instead of filling it like good contractors do, they laid the floor over it. Fast forward to today, 2024. That divot? Is obviously now a problem. Our floor is cracking and tearing over the divot. Because O
Flooring came damaged. 2 of the 7 boxes came without plastic covering and got ripped to shreds by the pallet fork causing damage to the wood planks. The same two boxes had no protective plastic between the wood planks making me think they were boxes returned from previous customers.
UPDATE: We did continue to follow up with our issue as they replied to this review to do so. Here's the deal. They put us off so long to complete their bankruptcy and then said "sorry we have new owners and there is nothing we can do". We had a LIFETIME guarantee and there is nothing they can do. However, how strange is it that they have the same employees and just switched their name back to Lumber Liquidators instead of LL flooring. Such a joke. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I NEVER give negative reviews as I always believe that people/companies make mistakes and it's not fair to drag a name through the mud. HOWEVER, I have tried to play fair and be a good person and have been treated beyond poorly.DO NOT GO TO LL Flooring in Lincoln Nebraska. We built our house 2 years ago and after a year t
Update regarding the reply from Lumber Liquidators 1/31/25: They're the same company, employees, building, and assets trying to escape customers with claims and their debtors which is essentially what a Chapter 11 is. LL Flooring was "Lumber Liquidator" prior (what do you think "LL" stands for?) and now they went back to the Lumber Liquidators name to be able to distance themselves from their customers with claims and any future liability. For a company that says "not affiliated in any way with LL Flooring", they sure did gain access to LL Flooring's Google Business Profile pretty easily.... As to my floor, it is worse now than ever and I'm completely out at this point of about $6,500. Check out a long term stable local company like CarpetLand or O Street.
