We are VERY pleased with the ordering, delivery and installation of the flooring for our living room. The store manager, Mary, got us the right flooring to match our existing dining room and foyer. GREAT JOB FORM START TO FINISH.

I visited the Lorton location on 10/27, spoke with Daniel and left with one sample of lvp. I called the store three (3) hours later to let Daniel know that we're moving forward with the purchase and that I'd be in tomorrow 10/28 to finalize it. He informed me that the product wasn't in stock at his location but he could get it within a week. I explained that I needed at least 15% by Wed so Daniel was diligent in assisting with my order and pick up at another location. It was touch and go for a while but in the end I left pleased with his orchestration of the deal.

I cannot say enough good things about Lorton Lumber Liquidators. I had previously purchased Bellawood Hickory flooring from this store and really loved it. Mary, helped me consider options, was able to facilitate a quick timeline for the work to be done by one of their contractors, and even made sure the delivery happened within that window. I can't express enough how helpful the staff at this location were. They were patient and enthusiastic about making sure the order was right. When I discovered that I had made a mistake on my order for one of my stairs after install they took the time to brainstorm creative solutions that solved the problem. Can't say enough good things about our floors and Mary & team. LL Flooring should model their customer service training after Mary and her team. After a month of searching around for the right, warm LVT for our new kitchen we found it at LL Flooring. It had the perfect notes of cinnamon to complement leather couches and rugs from my parents. But it was being discontinued and there wasn't enough left for us. Mary did some quick digging and noticed a builder bought two large orders.
