This business has recently moved into the Cabinets to Go building. The freindly salesmen have helped me with my DIY projects in the past. I will shop at LL in the future.

I bought 2 different hardwood floors. Very happy with my choices. The customer service is excellent, Shon and everyone are very helpful and knowledgeable, great experience. Too bad no more floors to cover otherwise I'll be going back to shop there.

Shawn offered so much help when we were picking out flooring. He pointed out pros and cons to the different types of floors and gave my husband tips on installation. I appreciated his opinion on the flooring that went along with our trim. All done in a non-pushy manner.

Take any 5 start ratings with a grain of salt for this location. The manager purposely ordered more product than I requested, just so "the installer doesn't run short". Fair enough; but then he tried to hit me with a 25% restocking fee unless I gave him a 5 start rating. Another thing that rubbed me wrong was I was charged for a complete case of 5000 brads, when only less than 100 were used. Likewise of other consumables, I was charged for way more than what was used on the job. As I originally reported, the installer did do an excellent job, in spite of the manager's unethical business practices.
