This review is sort of a silver lining. I originally ordered flooring from the Plano location and it was so completely screwed up that it didn’t even make me angry. All I could do was laugh. You literally could not make up the craziness and dysfunction there. This is where the Mesquite location stepped up and truly shined. In just a matter of minutes, the manager in Mesquite was able to solve multiple issues on different orders (something Plano could not do in over a month). She single handedly restored my confidence that I would receive all of the material that I had ordered and paid for. If I need flooring again, while I’ll avoid The Plano location like the plague, I will definitely visit the Mesquite location.

The team at the Mesquite store is always willing to help and go above and beyond to help me with my customers and projects. I can always count on them to ensure my customers and project needs are taken care of.

I had Very bad experience in Mesquite store in Texas. Victor was responsible for my bad experience. After they loaded my 10 boxes of hardwood I came home. I saw one box had severe damage on the side of the box. It looks like damage was done by their fork lift. I made a phone call and told Victor about the damage . He did not say anything. I told him I am bringing it for an exchange. When I went there next day Melanie was there and I explained to her about the damage. According to her Victor had told her that installer had caused the damage while unloading. There was no installer to unload stuff and besides I had not even unloaded the box. He created a fake story and told Melanie. Melanie examined the bix and agreed it look like they caused the damage while using fork lift. She was nice eno

We bought flooring in 2019 from this store. We have two defective areas in our flooring now (2025). We have a thirty year warranty. This company has refused to honor the warranty because the previous owners (so I am informed) changed their name from Lumbar Liquidators to LL Flooring in 2024, and filed bankruptcy. The company was purchased and is now called Lumbar Liquidators again.🤔. If I could rate this company no stars, I would. We spent almost $26,000 in this store. Yes, I've followed up with the information you provided below. 'Debbie' is not helpful and I got the same information e-mailed to me that you put below. It's terrible to treat people like this that buy a product in good faith. I want the public to know what can happen to consumers.
