Lumber Liquidators LL Flooring Installation Review - Buyer Beware On November 27th, 2022, we had Lumber Liquidators install new flooring in our home. Following their instructions, we brought the flooring inside to acclimate on October 16th, 2022, and removed all furniture from the rooms on October 28th, 2022, in preparation for the floating floor installation. Unfortunately, just one year later, we are experiencing significant problems with the flooring. The floor has separated in multiple areas, and in one spot, it has chipped and broken apart quite severely. We had a contractor assess the damage, and the repair cost for just one of the damaged areas is estimated to be thousands of dollars. I don’t even know where to start. If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, my husband and I bought a home where the previous homeowners had just purchased wood flooring from lumber liquidators. The flooring was installed incorrectly the first time, so they had to come out and completely reinstall again. We moved in after the second installation and we were present when the crew came to install the quarter round, transition pieces, vents, etc. First, the vent covers that were ordered were too short for the vent cut outs (see picture). Instead of figuring out a way to make them work, Pedro suggested we “go to Home Depot and buy metal vents”. Wrong. Love the customer service! We bought Urban Ash Loft flooring. My husband and two of our friends did the install. Turned out beautifully! We are renovating our kitchen.

My husband and I went in to buy flooring for our home. We spoke with a young man named Donovan. He was very polite, patient and knowledgeable of the inventory. He made several suggestions and went out of his way to explain to us the differences in product. Our overall experience with him was Great! We will be returning here again for future purchases.

Highly recommend this place. I bought linoleum flooring at a discount rate and it looked fantastic. Had a few packages leftover and they returned some money. Excellent customer service every time I interacted with an employee.
