WONDER WHY THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING UP FRONT? 4 months ago Kayla P a customer advocate for Lumber Liquidators and Brandon in customer service from their cooperate office for complaints promised to resolve this horrible installation of my flooring and the cheep product installed in my Home on November, 2021. It is now May 2022 and they have done nothing! they sent an independent person to evaluate my complaint. But to this date I have not received any response from their cooperate office or the outcome of the report . I have contacted Brandon in the Lumber Liquidators customer service division and he has never called me back! I have tried to communicate with him with no response from them. Came in the store to explore some options to redo my home with my husband.. decided to leave and not come back. Sarah was unhappy and unpleasant. Very rude. Wouldn't recommend. She's very unkempt as well. Is there a dress code enforced?

LL Flooring doesn’t stand behind their products. The warranty is a joke. They are happy to take your money & lie to your face, sell you junk & then treat you like a liar. I obviously do not recommend them. You’d be better off going to Home Depot! (Installed by a professional that has always done my floors) They will not stay clicked together. The lip is too small.

Casey Paul provided exceptional service. He was very knowledgeable of the flooring products, and spent a great deal of time putting the order together based on our immediate need. He called three regional stores in an effort to satisfy our order. He is a great employee and his professionalism and friendliness reflects well upon himself and Lumber Liquidators.
