Down hill They barely have any stock at all in their warehouse. People working there are great, but they’re hamstrung by archaic policies. They don’t even have the basics in there. Definitely not what they used to be. As a contractor that installs a lot of flooring, I was glad to see they were still there after the LL flooring debacle. So if you’re looking for something in stock, go to Home Depot. Just shaking my head!

To place the order, I was required to have one of LL Flooring’s estimators come to my home to measure. I paid $50 for this alleged service. When the installers came to lay down the floor, I was informed that the custom wood grills were missing from the order. Further, the area under the dishwasher was not included in the work order. After spending hours trying to figure out what could be done to move forward with the installation, either LL flooring, and or the installation manager decided that they could not do the job until the grills were delivered.
