Please stay away from this people don't waste money an time here . I spend around $ 13,000 on vinil floors and install .and my floor are cracking every wear my install was terrible they came in the first time of the install and remove everything because floors was sagging when I step on them .then more problems started to show my intire first floor cracking and and lifting . I email them call them and they said they can do nothing because the floor was discontinued . A floor that supposedly had life warranty . Bad install is causing all my floors to brake lost of money now I have to spend almost 20,000 on new flooring 4 years after spending 13,000 Stay away from this company.ohh also worst baseboard install all my baseball are mess up. I will be talking to an attorney and showing paper

Kevin was great to work with. He was very helpful and polite with my order. He answered all of my questions I purchased the unfinished oak and polyurethane myself.

This has been the worst experience I've had with a home improvement project or dealing with a business, period. I won't even get into how they dropped the ball more than once from when I ordered my flooring in June to when it was finally delivered in July when I had boxes upon boxes of flooring in my house for a whole additional month until it was finally installed. My flooring installation was completed the first week of August. I contacted LL Flooring afterward to address several issues. -I was invoiced for charges that were not a part of my installation and services that were not provided, adding up to over $1000. (i.e. charged $700 dumpster fee when no dumpster was provided and we had to dispose of old flooring ourselves when installers left it in our driveway, charged $70 toilet rem

Eddie was knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. When I was off on the estimates of both how much flooring and shoe molding I needed they took it back and gave me a credit! I highly recommend Eddie and Lumber Liquidators!
