Working with Mrs. Beth made this project a breeze. There were some issues with communication from the transportation side that caused a longer delay in receiving our order than expected. This issue had to be escalated to corporate to get resolved and get the materials delivered. The team at this location are friendly and helpful. A photo of my installation progress for reference.

Oh my gosh Beth was such a huge help. I was looking for a very unusual item and she came up with the solution! Transitions match our hickory so well. Brought them in and wow! How beautiful!

Don't do any service with this company. We bought flooring from them and stair noses, then we decided to pay for "professional" people who would do our stairs because we wanted safety for our son and his friends, The stair noses were awful quality, they started coming of almost on every step. It's more than a year since we are trying to get it fixed. They keep ignoring us.
