I’d click 0 stars if possible. I thought sales guy was great. Even he left bc he said they are a mess. Spent 20k in flooring for high end Bellwood and stair bull nose didn’t match at all. They sent out another batch after a terrible experience with their “customer care team” and it still looked awful. Literally months of delays. Couldn’t finish stairs or railing for safety bc they kept sending wrong product and didn’t give a care about trying to make the situation right with customer. Ownership is clearly very disconnected from how people are treated here. Pretty disappointing. Look at these photos!

Brandon was super helpful in finding the correct wood for my project. I was able to match it perfectly with my existing hardwood. It was super affordable and came in early. 10/10 would recommend!

We went here the first time checking out the product and prices. Then our ins kicked in and we went and purchased 1200 Sq ft of vinyl flooring. Exciting. Can't put it down yet have a contractor coming to prep the floor and then install it. I'm so excited.

These guys are great. Very knowledgeable, quick to answer questions. Had exactly the flooring we were looking for. Look forward to working with them again!

This company and its new ownership policies are horrible! We have purchased many times in the past for 2 custom homes & was offered contractors discounts until now. Just to pick up a very small order of anything they want all of your personal information, a Docusign etc. you would think we were buying liquid gold. On top of that I had to return some chalking the next day & they charged us a 25% restocking fee. This company sucks and they are unhelpful, not to mention ton they don’t know much about there products they sell. Both my purchases and return were bad experiences! Don’t buy from these jerks!
