Lumber Liquidators

I made an order for stair treads and stair nose on 12/17/25. When I made the purchase on 12/17/25, I was told the products would be received in 3 weeks time. 3 weeks from 12/17/25 would be 1/7/26. I was renovating a property to be rented out and had intended to list the property for rent by the second week of January. When I contacted lumber liquidators expecting to hear my order is ready, I was told the stair threads wont be ready until 1/26/26 as theyve been placed on back order. This was a drastic delay to me being able to complete the renovation of my property and a delay to me listing the property for rent. Consequently, I will not be purchasing products from Lumber Liquidators again and will be using the services of their competators such as Floor and Decor or other companies tha

Basically an online showroom. There is nothing in stock. They do have sales and clearance items but one has to place the order and pick up free or pay for delivery. Takes about a week. The prices were right and the staff are experts. I bought Teak butcher block counter tops for entire kitchen, 1 1/2" thick, 16 ft. New kitchen counters for $700?!!! Hell yeah!

I had a fantastic experience at the store while shopping for new wood flooring for our home. The team—Tony, Lenn, and Mike—were incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. Unlike other places where staff just seem to be going through the motions, these guys clearly know their stuff and care about helping customers make informed decisions. The entire shopping process was smooth and well-handled. The only drawback was the delivery. While we expected some logistical challenges due to the size of our order—which is typical for flooring—the delivery arrived without any assistance. Despite being promised “white glove” service, I had to hire my own help to manage the unloading. Toms River NJ Store I bought flooring that was specifically for new construction that was not made clear to me, we called and asked about it and the salesperson tells my contractor he has to “muscle it in” it’s popping out in spots as others are going in. We decide to return it because we don’t feel comfortable. Mind you both my husband and I picked up the flooring and carried it in the house to save money, I’m 56 years old and have had 2 brain surgeries! This flooring is heavy!! We return it and get charged a $400 restocking fee… I expected a restocking fee but 25% is robbery!! They stole my money and don’t care!!! I’m furious!!! The men in the store had not one word to say to me! Disgusting policies!!! I will never give them my money again!!! DO NOT USE THIS DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS!

Tony at the Hooper Ave store in Toms River is always amazing! In fact everyone we’ve ever been served by at this store is. We’ve done several projects with Tony and our expectations are always exceeded. This last one Tony helped us find some discontinued flooring accessories for a repair we needed to make. He found them and I just picked them up. Even better they were discontinued 80% because the were on closeout pricing! Thanks again Tony!
