I purchased waterproof vinyl flooring for my 3 bedrooms and was pleasantly surprised by the store personnel and amazed by the installers. Would definitely recommend them! Great job, good price. The installer completed the job in 7 hours! Love my new floors! I highly recommend working with Cynthia Nelson Venice Fl store manager. During a recent move from my condo my stair nose was damaged and Cynthia found a new one in another location brought it to the store for me to pick up! She saved the day as I am selling the condo and something this small could hurt the sale! Awesome customer service!

Excellent finished product! Definitely worth the wait. Ordering was simple. Measuring was efficient and professional. Felt as though was a disconnect between delivering our flooring and getting it installed...sat in our dining room for 3 weeks. Greg Thomas took ownership and got sorted out. Our installer, Flavio, was amazing! He paid attention to details and was very task-oriented. (5 rooms!) Returning extra materials was very easy as well. Would definitely do business with Venice LL again!

I've placed around half a dozen orders in the last year for flooring at this location and always come away impressed with Sophie's knowledge and energy. I get great advice from her and she doesn't mess around when it comes to customer service. I just wish I had more projects so I can keep going back!

This company is a total nightmare. We spent $18000 for a new manufactured wood floor and after 3 months the finish started to lift in 2 areaS! they have the nerve to say it is not a qulity issue or manufacturer's defect....judge for yourself (see pic below)
