Lumber Liquidators

I came into lumber liquidators on Friday absolutely clueless on why my floors were rotting, and April was such an amazing help on explaining why this was the cause. She explained to me that using water to mop the floors daily will cause the wood to breakdown over time, and how using products specifically made for wood would allow for longevity For the floors. It seems like common sense but she made me feel as though I was being educated without being judged for not knowing this at 28. Thank you!

My wife and I recently purchased floors here for our new house. We couldn't thank April enough for her professionalism and overall help with finding the perfect hardwoods for our home. Not only was she helpful in the store, but very responsive with any questions on the phone and with communication as to when our order was ready to make the whole process seamless.

I will give this one star because I have to give it a star and the sales professional was actually very kind and nice and thorough. Unfortunately, the product was complete trash and very expensive. I have filed a complaint with the store and we will see what comes of it. The tiles there are several that only after install at a certain time of day you can tell the sheen is different. The floor was absolutely the hardest I’ve ever had to install it scratches super easy and is now peeling up in areas that receive no foot traffic. It’s vinyl luxury plank flooring.

I ordered some 3/4” solid pre-finished maple flooring to match the main part of the house. The quality was excellent and the product installed very well. Would highly recommend looking into their products. This one was made by Bella. The pricing beat any big box prices and the service was excellent!
