I can only speak about this place . From the prospective of a truck driver . Delivering a shipment of products. The unloading process was professional and safe . The uploader was helpful . Guided me backwards with proper hand signals . I'm almost sure that the same professionalism . Is shown to customers buying flooring here . One more thing for any 18 Wheeler's delivering here . Come early as possible .Other businesses share this parking lot . It makes for more hazards. The later you come .

Please listen to this short review. Do you want We bought flooring from Limber Liquidators and they said they had installers so we said great. Well, not great actually horrible. The installers LL uses are a separate company and for the LL on the west side ow Wichita there is ONE person who does installs. ONE! If they would have told me that they contract this out to a different company (RW Flooring) AND that they only had one installer then I would have said HELL NO! So to make matters worse this one installer was busy with other jobs (not sure whether they were from LL or others) and has multiple personal tasks outside of this job. So, our install took 4 months to finish due to the things I mentioned above and due to this installer not having much experience. We have been told by other w

They sold me on one of their “easy to install” bamboo floating floors but told me I had to keep the product in my house 6 weeks to acclimate the wood to the humidity of my house, or else it would eventually cause gapping. I waited 10 weeks for good measure, and installed it all myself. It looked great, that summer. During the winter it started gapping and has only gotten worse over the past year. I was finally told by someone at a legitimate flooring store that I had to have a humidifier installed in my house to keep the floors from getting worse. This was NEVER mentioned by any of the salesmen. They just care about the sale and getting the product out of their shop. Bought flooring from Victoria at Lumber Liquidators. I spoke to her on the phone and in person, all 3x she was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They have a 30 day in-store lowest price. The price did drop and Victoria made the process of refunding me the difference very easy.
