Jamaica was absolutely amazing!! Our current flooring is discontinued so she let us take samples home to try to match it. What we found that worked, we were told was also discontinued. Amazingly enough, a shipment came in later that week that had more than what we needed. As I didn’t leave my contact information with the store they had no way of letting me know. However, Jamaica took the time to go through a week’s worth of caller ID to locate my number to call me! Talk about customer service!! Highly recommend this location!

We had an OUTSTANDING experience at the Wilmington, NC LL Flooring store. We were looking for flooring to complete a new bonus room and Eric helped us make a great choice. Initially we were looking at flooring that was more expensive, but Eric showed us other options including the one we eventually chose which was LESS than what we originally wanted, and it was not only in stock but actually worked better for us overall. He was extremely informative, helpful, patient and thorough. Pickup was fast and friendly, and their installation was completed quickly and done to perfection. I cannot think of a better experience. We recently ordered flooring that we installed in Sneads Ferry, NC. The service we received was exceptional. There was an issue with shipment where we didn’t receive what we ordered but Danielle took care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We finished the job on time and the floors look amazing!
