Miranda Redding was the sales representative that assisted me in choosing our flooring. She was absolutely wonderful, she actually listened and took mental notes when I mentioned where I wanted the product, she searched for my particular taste and matched my needs. Miranda is so knowledgeable our level of trust in her expertise went sold us just as must as the product on LL. She even helped me personally choose what was right for our needs based on a couple of sample Items I brought in. After listening to me she chose 4 floors and assisted me and would remind me of the particular colors I mentioned that I needed the product to enhance! I can’t give her enough stars or praise…..Thank you is quite insufficient for her over the top customer service… I left the store so very happy!!!

I was the type of customer that place like this hate. I needed something, but didn't know exactly what I needed. I hate being pressured and I like taking my time to look over EVERYTHING. Your employee Jordan was STELLAR. Her knowledge of your product is almost encyclopediac. She answered all my questions- and I had quite a few. I didn't feel pressured at all. It felt more like a conversation instead of a sales pitch. She just went above and beyond anything I was expecting. Always pleasant. Always smiling. It was a truly pleasant experience, and I left knowing more than I did when I arrived. You won't find many employees like this in ANY business. I recommend this location with the highest praise. Great staff all around. Miranda is very knowledgeable and has helped us on 2 different occasions. Great selection of flooring. Highly recommend this location for anyone. It means alot to be able to smile and have a great time making such an important purchase.

The store is laid out very well with appropriate lighting to see all of their products. While they have a nice selection of various types of flooring they were a bit on the pricey side for me. That being said, the employees were very friendly and helpful! I was greeted on my way in and given more information on the way out.

I can't say much about any of the physical stores because I did everything online. I first ordered samples for the hardwood flooring I was interested in. That service is free. I then had the 350 square feet of Bruce hardwood flooring delivered. Delivery is not free but the price is reasonable. The quality of the Bruce far exceeds another brand sold by a different flooring company (initials F&D) and the price was less. I believe the delivery was via the Winston Salem store. They kept me informed about the status of the delivery throughout the process.
