Jonny was extremely professional in helping getting some limbs removed on a rotting tree. He even took care of other trees around the area of the original tree without charging us more. He took pictures and videos while we weren’t home to show us how everything was going. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore, but he definitely shows how it’s supposed to be done.
