They were here on time. They were very professional and careful of my furniture and home. They were very reasonable with their prices. We live in N Scottsdale in the Troon development. Lumi provided outdoor window cleaning for us today. The young men were polite, professionally dressed and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. They indicated it was a family business and you could tell, their customer service was outstanding and the price was very fair.
