Chris Reedy came within one hour after we called, diagnosed the issue, had all the parts in his vehicle, and got the hot-water heater working in three hours. Labor was not included in the warranty. The hourly wage rate was surprising.

They were very helpful and sent someone out late at night to fix our problem. No other company was able do that.
