Just as an update to my earlier review. I have to say that Dave and his crew at Lummino Plumbing and Heating provide exceptional and prompt customer service. Anytime I have had a question about our new tankless water heater, they have provided superior, prompt support. Once again, I recommend them very highly. Dave recently installed a Navien tankless water heater for our home. His crew was professional and efficient. The poor guys had to remove a 75 gallon monster of a hot water heater and haul it down 2 flights of stairs (which they did without complaint). My wife and I are VERY happy with the new system. I’m not one to take pleasure in posting a bad review. However I feel my hand has been forced by lack of restitution for damages caused Feedbackby Lummino Plumbing. More specifically, they left a plumbing test valve ball in the sewage drain line. When I flushed the toilet, raw sewage came out of the shower drain. I called Dave and asked him to come out and rectify it as I was having weekend guests over in a few hours. He said he couldn’t help me, gave me another number to call, they never picked up. I then called Ed Johnson plumbing and they sent a crew of five guys out immediately to fix the problem. I asked Dave to reimburse me $325 (very reasonable) that I paid Ed Johnson over a month ago. Thank you Dave for Saving Me From a Cold and Snowy February Day Without Hot Water My hot water heater finally saw its last day. After calling a few plumbers in the area, Dave from Lummino Plumbing & Heating called me that day. He was prompt, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. His team came and installed my new hot water heater the next day. They were also polite and knowledgeable and did a beautiful job. They worked well together and had a great sense of humor which made a slightly inconvenient situation not so bad. The hot water heater and its piping looks so good! Called Lummino this morning when we discovered we had a pipe leaking. They were at my house within 2 hours and quickly fixed the problem. This is the second time we've used Lummino and both times they were fast and treated us fairly. I highly recommend Lummino and we will definitely use them again.

We had a water pressure issue at our house. It was a big job to determine where the problem was coming from, but they took time to make sure everything was handled correctly, with quality work.
