I realize that all of Florida got hit hard with Ian, but I called Saturday and left a message saying we would like a estimate on our carport. A man called me back and said I will be there at 11 tomorrow. By 1145 I texted him and this was his reply. Good Morning. Excuse me, we are in a meeting. We just wanted to know if he was coming and was delayed. He sent me another message We are in the area, with several clients. with appointments before you, but the damage from his vasa is serious and is not taking time. forgive the hassle. We did have an appointment at 11 and he never called or texted us to say he was or wasn’t coming. He never showed and never called to come another day. This is a poor way to do business. Left a sour taste in my mouth for sure.
