Working with Lunig Construction had been a pleasure. Their team was so thorough and meticulous in their prep work and in the finish work. We have been going to his team for over 20 years back to do our roof, our front porch and most recently, painting our entire house.

Nick Lunig has been our roofer for thirty plus years through thick and thin. He has always been a gentleman and his crews have always done great work. Recently a large mature tree fell on our house while we were out of the country. Nick stepped in and supervised the installation of a new roof and new skylights while we were not yet home. We trusted him and his crews thoroughly. They did a great job and helped us get fair reimbursements from our insurance company. Clean up was excellent. Subs did solid work. We very much appreciated his being there in our time of need and his crews doing such great work.

I've used Nick, Thor, and crew for most of our repairs and construction. They're great at listening and generally willing to work with what's already there. They quickly replaced our roof when it sprung a leak late fall. When we took on a third rescue horse and needed to expand our run-in, they were willing to extend the currently existing building. Everyone else we spoke with wanted to build an entirely new building and we didn't have the money for a totally new building.

I highly recommend Nick Lunig and his crew! They replaced the entire roof on our home this spring, and the experience was superior quality from start to finish. Nick Lunig is fair, professional, communicative, and responsive, as well as very reasonably priced. I had trouble choosing a shingle color and he and his team were tremendously helpful, patient, and generous in installing several large samples to see in person. The install was impeccable, truly exquisite work, and they showed a ton of care and consideration for protecting our home and landscaping during the demo and install process. 5 stars all the way!

The Lunig team was great. They did some quality carpentry in addition to painting. They were on time and on budget and the house and barn look great.
