I’m writing to express my frustration with the behavior of your drivers on Valleywood. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed them running stop signs through the neighborhood, driving recklessly, and bullying their way down the middle of residential streets. This morning, I came dangerously close to being involved in a head-on collision with one of your trucks, all while driving with my children under the age of 6. There are basic traffic laws that your drivers seem to be ignoring. For instance, if there are cars parked on their side of the street, the driver on the side with no parked vehicles has the right of way—no exceptions. I called to get an estimate for lawn mowing and snow removal service for the year. I was told they would get back with me regarding an estimate the following week. I didn't hear back from them and had to call them myself to get the estimate. When I called I advised them that this was for a 1/2 double and exactly what needed mowed which was just my side and the common area between the 2 properties. For snow removal it was just the sidewalk and driveway for my side. I was provided with an estimate for mowing only and had to ask again about snow removal estimate which I was told wasn't done and I was given a ball park number for which was ok, the mowing was the most important for now. Your drivers are ridiculous! I just had one of your drivers tailgate me all the way down 48 even though I was going way over the speed limit! I have my 1 year old in the car also, I had to throw up my hand like dude chill and that only made it worse. What an idiot to have road rage in the companys truck smh

Poor communication, got a quote in february & then never heard about setting up an actual date to come out & do the job. Never ended up getting any response & had to go with another company after many months of waiting around to get a response.

Staff always looking very professional in their uniform polo shirts. Shows they pay attention to detail - which is exactly what they do caring for your lawn. Weekly service always timely and meticulous.
