Evan, Julian and their team have transformed our home. We have them complete our attic, adding a bedroom, bath and play space. They had tremendous vision and helped us change small things to make the new space feel connected to the rest of the house. His team of subs were approachable and respectful of the home, especially after we moved in. Evan went above and beyond to make sure the finishes were correctly done. He provided feedback on items we purchased to make sure the house looked high quality. Highly recommended!

Despite my initial impressions, Evan and his team proved to be extremely reliable and consistent. After a bad experience with a previous contractor, Evan was able to take a framed building and produce 3 unique finished products. From sheetrock/plaster, door installations, tile installations, floor install and all finish-work - I'm grateful for Evan and Alex's communication and willingness to help. They were also great at taking feedback and resolving all of my particular requests. I already have scheduled them to do more work at my personal home and hope to use them even more in the future.

Evan is a pleasure to work with. I found these guys by searching ChatGPT for Contractors near me and they were the first link to pop up. They insulated my attic and put new flooring. Now I’ve got a storage space. Also they sanded and buffed the floors in my new place. Gave a it a move in clean. All for a great price. Extremely grateful. It’s rare to find someone who’s all in like he is. He will absolutely go the extra mile (and then some). You’ll get texts at odd hours, and he might take longer than planned—but that’s only because he’s making sure everything is done to the highest standard.
