Paul has done two projects for me at my home. Both were quoted out and then scheduled. Paul shows up on time and does a great job. On my last job I had the wrong part. Paul finished everything else on the list and then returned the wrong part, purchased the correct part ( I did pay him for that purchase) and installed it.
