Lusk Heating & Air Conditioning

Furnace and heat pump unit have been slowly going out the last few years and have lasted longer than they were suppose to. Have been using Lusk for the last 5-6 years and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I contacted Brian in the last few months about a system replacement and we just got a full system replacement and we are more than happy with it. Great group of guys all the way around. 100% recommend

Bryan came out and was supposed to do a cleaning and tune up. He didn't go under the house to let us know there was duct work reoair needed, we went under the next day after turning the air on and it was barely blowing. He also did not clean the air conditioner. We opened it the next day and the coils were very dirty. Grass, leaves and dirt everywhere and not just a little. We paid over 900 dollars. I've called them 4 times and all they say is Bryan will call you back. Guess what? No calls from Bryan. I would think the owner would call me but no, no one. Terrible service. Update..... Brian call and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Claimed we told him we had NO water source which was a LIE. He was just too LAZY to do the work but CHARGED me for it. I told him a disabled 63 yea

A/C failed, they had some one there to check it out within 30 minutes. Brian offered solutions to repair/replace and address issues with location. Have done business with Brian for 30 years, never call anyone else.

I live 45 miles outside of Denver and understand mileage fees/trip charges. However, Lusk is higher than anything I have ever paid in Colorado. I am in Stapleton helping family and was looking to get a furnace cleaned and tuned up. It is 37 miles door to door and Lusk wanted $192 just for mileage/trip charge. That is very high, even by Denver standards. Needless to say I kept looking.
