I had a superb experience with Lutz Bath and Kitchen. They were very professional, helpful and patient. I particularly enjoyed working with Lisanne. You just don’t get service like this with the big impersonal retail stores.

Isaac from Lutz was great. He did an excellent job repairing a complex problem I had with a Toto Neorest and also efficiently unclogged a drain for me. I’ve used Lutz before both buying products from them and for service and always had a great experience with them. Lutz plumbing is a top outfit.

We have worked with Susie for many years, renovating our kitchen, bathroom and also renovating a bathroom in our vacation condo up in Tahoe with spectacular results. Susie is intuitive with her customers. Once she knows our preferences, she is able to show us different brands and designs from the showroom that would suit our taste.. She is keen about how it would look and make suggestions as to what would fit better given the size of the rooms that are being remodeled.
