Pulled up to a gas station and I clearly saw a girl walking and one of their workers almost hits her with their work van and throws up his hands like she wasn’t already walking when he decided to pull from the pumps to the front of the gas station, he then ran inside to yell at this poor innocent girl. If this is the type of people you hire to do your business then good luck to you guys.

Their driver going down I75N at 3pm almost ran me and multiple other vehicles off the road. He was doing at least 90 mph, no turn signals while flying across all lanes of traffic.

We have been working with Lutz for years. We have a small commercial shopping center in Troy and Lutz has put on our last 2 roofs, each being a bit over $105k installed. The last was in 2018 and since then we have had approximately $4500 in repairs in 6 years. The repairs have typically worked well, with the exception of repeat leaks over the restaurant in the plaza. Given that the total repairs have been less than 10% of what was paid for the installation it's not too bad. A commercial roof is more complex than a standard roof so I do not expect the same quiet, repair-free enjoyment we have had with our asphalt shingle home roof. It would still be better to not have to look forward to annual calls for roof leaks as it's disruptive to our tenants' businesses. Nonetheless, the cost over len

Have to post this unfortunately. Lutz roofing suggested a recent maintenance of a commercial roof on a building we recently purchased. After discussing the issues, I agreed to the work. Here we are thousands of dollars and 3 leaks later , trying to figure out what went wrong. I am so displeased with not only the recommended work, but the way this company tries to take no responsibility for the quality of what they do. I would absolutely give zero stars if possible, my advice would be to steer clear of Lutz roofing. Great Salesforce, but absolutely no customer service when things go wrong. Shame on you guys.

I have used Lutz Roofing for two different roof replacements on commercial facilities. The Lutz team is very hardworking and very good at what they do. I look forward to using them again.
