Lux Lawn Care was working in the neighborhood last November doing leaf cleanup. Our rental property needed lawn cleanup after an eviction and Connor came right out to assess the job. He offered suggestions for filling holes, straw and reseeding, cleaning up landscaping beds and edging, pulling a few dead shrubs, mulching, and leaf pickup. His crew took care of everything and hauled off all of the debris and landscape bricks that they pulled out. He had to rent a stump grinder because they couldn't get the shrubs pulled because the ground was already frozen. He didn't upcharge me and even did an old stump in the backyard too. One of the most professional business owners I have ever worked with!! Further, the fertilizing crew is top-notch. However, the lawn crew is less than marginal. They light their cigarette before they begin, they half-ass trim, blow, and edge. For example, they only trim half of our fence-line despite being shown. Respectfully, I completely understand that quality help is difficult to find - but "attention to detail" is not the lawn-crew's specialty.
