We recently purchased an investment home, which ultimately became our forever home, throughout the renovation process. Rodger and Jonathan of Luxo Palm Beach had a tremendous amount of work to do, from a new roof, impact windows and doors, framing, insulation, kitchen, bathrooms, and the entire backyard. What can we possibly say except, pictures do speak a thousand words. This home was more than a renovation, it was down to the studs. We cannot say enough about the quality of work and more importantly, the collaboration with the Delray Beach Building Department. We had over 30 inspections, and Luxo worked hand in hand to get the job done right! Don't even think about using another contractor. We are snowbirds who purchased a condo in Lake Worth, Florida, a few years ago. The unit was left unfinished by its previous owners, so we were able to get a great deal on it. We hired Luxo Palm Beach to handle our project in Wellington after purchasing a home and being new to the area. Rodger and Jonathan were as professional as they come.
