Luxury Bath & Kitchens of Raleigh

We recently had a great experience with Kim at Luxury Bath and Kitchens of Raleigh in the starting of our 3 bathroom remodel project. While we cannot report on the installation yet, the decision making and tile selection process was made much easier by her help and expertise. She patiently came to our home twice to help us decide on materials/design direction for everything and then met with us at the tile showroom. We are very impressed with Luxury Bath so far!

Nick came out and spent a good amount of time with us going over ideas and showing us samples. As the sales consultant, he explained the different remodeling options, materials, and pricing clearly, answered our questions, and was very informative and thorough throughout the visit. We appreciated the time he took to make sure we understood everything.

Working with Kim at Luxury Bath was thoroughly rewarding. She is very smart, knows bath design and materials, is responsive and knows how to work with customers to create a great bathroom remodel at a fair price. Ask for her by name if you are looking to work with Luxury Bath.

I'll reserve the last star once the install happens but the initial interaction with the representative was a good one. Kimberly Chacon showed up promptly twice (even through extenuating circumstances), was well equipped with samples and images, and demonstrated much patience in helping us determine what our project could look like. Even when the price of the job was a bit higher than expected, she did what she could to make it more affordable for my family. She was easy to talk to and an overall pleasant person to be around.

We enjoyed meeting with Kimberly. She came to the unit with an array of selections and guided us through the design process. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.
