We had luxury flooring put in new floors in our living room & hall. Juan & Balthazar was our installers & they done a fantastic job. We had carpet & tile removed which wasn't an easy job, but they worked two long days. They went out of their way in little details, making sure we were satisfied. Were Very happy!! They are a 5 star & would recommend!!

We are very happy! Joe (the salesman) worked with our needs and made sure we were happy customers. We got new carpeting, new laminate flooring, and some new hardwood flooring. The carpet crew was very professional and friendly, and they ensured that the other flooring crew was able to go nail down all loose boards before putting the new carpet down. This made our floors and stairs seem more solid. The crew, lead by Aldo, who did the laminate flooring and new hardwood flooring were also extremely professional, efficient, and experienced. It's so nice to feel comfortable with the people who are doing work in your home and to know that they have a high standard and attention to detail. There's a reason this place has a high Google rating! Had Chris come out in the beginning of December to give a quote for laminate flooring, which he even helped me pick out. From there the process was smooth. Sam and Joe kept in touch, frequently, on the status of the flooring and Sam was even able to match the paint color on my baseboards to the color of my doors/door frames/casting after he went out of his way to come and get the color swatch that I picked up from the company installing my doors. The day came for install, after I had to push it back due to unforseen circumstances unrelated to my house remodel, and the guys who installed couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. We had our first estimate done with Chris Fleming. He did a great job explaining each item and the quality. We signed the contract that day. A couple weeks later received a phone call from Sam who came out right before the project was scheduled to be done. He took at look at everything to make sure the people doing the job would be prepared and have everything needed to complete the job. William and his team did excellent! Truly some of the nicest people around. Everyone was extremely professional and very hardworking. We are extremely happy with the flooring and our overall experience!
