I am very picky about cleanliness, and I have been happy with the reliability and professionalism of Luxury Maids for about 5 years. The season start up services, power washing, window cleaning, outdoor furniture set up, and deep interior clean up is top notch. Regular cleaning services are also excellent. I feel the fees are more than reasonable. Communication is great, too. Highly recommended.

UPDATED REVIEW: We are stopping the service from this business. We have no issues with the service provided by the girls that come to our place to clean. However, the administration is not effective with scheduling. It is always a challenge to get in contact with them either through calls or texts. They take forever to respond to requests. I would expect an organized business given the extremely high rate they charge for the services. Also, be aware that they charge clients for additional cleaning time without the clients’ approval, and they do not refund the unapproved charges. Review submitted in Q3 2024: Excellent cleaning service, the team arrives on time and is proactive to ensure they meet my expectations. Fully recommend this business.
