I recently purchased some drop ceiling tiles and then the framing where they would go in for a contractor to install, but then our schedules never lined up so I decided to just drywall the space with access panels. LNW was very accommodating to me with returning these items and giving me a refund, even though I was told they usually don’t allow refunds for the materials I bought since they can get damaged. However, Branch Manager Brett said he would work with me on this return and I SO appreciate it! My home rebuild after water damage has been made stressful by some contractors who have lied, tried to nickel & dime me, haven’t done the work up to code or manufacturer specifications. For the past 15 years I have been in the interior systems industry, this has been the number one supply house in northern Kentucky. Their service is the best out there. Find yourself in an emergency? They will hand load a flatbed and find a spot to get you taken care of. Their office staff and outside sales are accommodating and friendly, they develop relationships on a personal level. Its not all corporate banter and numbers. Coordination is top notch. Everyone works hard for us and takes care of issues before they come up A+++

L & W delivered drywall to my house in December 2022... I just had a beautiful, hands stamped concrete patio poured a few days before... I laid plastic down so they could carry in the drywall the shortest distance possible but asked they be careful and stay on the plastic because the concrete had not been sealed yet... They ensured me they would take care of it... I returned inside for a bit then returned to check the status... They had removed the plastic and the and tracked mud all over the new concrete... I informed the store and sent them pictures immediately. They told me they would call me back but never did... When I tried to discuss the situation with the managing partner, Scott Grieve, he was very rude and immediately said it was not their responsibility... I tried to reason with
