Tom was amazing. The Stove Shop(where we purchased the Harman pellet stove) gave us the run around for 2 months charging us for service when they sent the guys to the house after 6 weeks with the same part we told them we recently had replaced by someone else. The service guys(great guys given the wrong info) did nothing could not understand why they were here to replace the probe. Finally we started messaging Tom and he was sending us things to troubleshoot saving us over $600. His attention to detail and most importantly follow up was beyond the service we received from the Stove Shop. Thank you Tom

Tom Lynch is so courteous and went out of his way with great communication, incredibly FAST service. First time in a while I’ve had great dedicated customer service. He should be your first go to for pellet stove repair. Don’t bother with the big stores. Tom runs his own business and treats you like family!

Tom is the best. My Husband, reached out to him via text message when the motor started to seize up after being blown off by many repair people and quoted outrageous prices and time frames into January/February. Tom was able to diagnose the problem from a video my husband sent him and we were back up and running a few days later. Our pellet stove’s feeder broke, and we were in a huge pinch. Our main source of heat was out of commission and the team at Lynch was able to come by within 2 days, get everything working, and they even helped us get the part we needed discounted compared to online prices. We highly recommend using them. Tom and Matt communicated with us, showed us some tricks to prevent it from happening again, and were great with our dogs there as well. We can’t recommend them enough.

In preparation of a up coming storm ( negative temps ) he was more than willing to drive an hour just to get us the part in time . After meeting him we will be using his services in the future . He was kind and very knowledgeable.
