The material took a very long time to arrive. However, the company worked with me very well and helped with the price. Good people to deal with.

I have done business here for a few decades, never had any issues BUT in the last year or two I cant get responses from email or text inquiries????

We were in need of a new roof on our farm house and I spent a month calling various contractors to come and give me a quote for a metal roof. After waiting for three different contractors to show up, I called Lowes in frustration. Just as I suspected, when Lowes came out to price the job (which was very quick), they not only could not do a metal roof, but did give me a price for a shingle roof. The price was incredibly HIGH. Lowe's wanted $18,000 to put a SHINGLE roof on our house. I was ready to give up. I knew about Lyons Metal Roofing, but I thought they were only manufacturing the steel roofing. They gave me what I asked for and in a timely manner. Very friendly associates. My one and only issue was, I wish I had known beforehand that I had to pickup at the Industrial Dr location. This was not my first time order with Lyons, I am a repeat customer. Just my first time ordering from the new location.

The only reason this is not five stars is because of Porschea’s inability to communicate. While there have been several understandable delays due to weather I would sooner have clearer communication from a brick wall, and might actually get that email we needed and were supposed to get last week. Robert Foxx and his guys were absolutely wonderful and helped me move the material into our driveway off of the road after Porschea failed to mention there would be no unloading help. Even when we mentioned my husband was coming out of back surgery. Thank you Robert and your amazing crew of guys, there are not enough words to express how thankful we are for you.
