I’m super disappointed with this company and their unprofessionalism. I called at the end of Jan because I’ve had a condensate pump that was frozen over and was looking for an estimate on fixing that problem. It took them a week of not calling me back until I reached out to them again. They said they were slammed and were going to try to come out soon. I figured that was reasonable because we just had freezing temps and I’m sure other calls were more urgent. A couple days later, apparently the tech happened to be in the area and asked if he could stop by. I only had a two hour warning and wasn’t home so I had to call back and try to reschedule this appointment that was never originally scheduled. We were recommeded by a friend and I couldn't have been happier with the prompt service we received. Jack was very courteous and professional and was very reassuring he was going to get the job done. He showed up In bad weather to assist us.

From Concept to Design, Install and Maintain. Shawn & Team have done an excellent job, it has now been 8 years and the system works perfectly and maintained.
