We called M. Burton Plumbing & Heating on Monday Evening around midnight for a nonurgent pinhole gas leak between a gas shutoff valve and a 2" nipple, and we got a callback on Tuesday arranging an appointment for Wednesday morning. M Burton Plumbing came out promptly in the morning and replaced the nipple and flex hose to the stove very quickly and respectfully, and explained to us that while we did want to also replace the shutoff valve, doing so would require a full shutdown and tagout from ConEd and so we decided to not go ahead with the valve replacement as the leak was after the valve.

I had a quick callback when I called the number to explain my issue. They explained their availability and setup an appointment window. Someone arrive early within our arranged time and was able to quickly figure out the underlying issue and setup the process to get my water heater replaced. They explained the problems well and showed me where the problem was.They were able to quickly get a replacement and install it for me the next day. Had the pleasure dealing with Kevin and Anthony who explained everything clearly and gave me a quote upfront. Prices were very fair and reasonable.
