M & D Sprinklers

My parents called this company out to have them repair and adjust some sprinklers as a precaution after the freeze in January. Craig came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. My father in particular tends to hover a bit but Craig was patient, explained everything and showed them exactly what he was doing the entire time. Went above and beyond and made sure to look at every sprinkler head, drip line and lines. Thank you Craig!

We have used M&D sprinkler for years. In the past we have always had great service the first time they came out. This last time they were very friendly and professionally. When they left from the job, I checked out the work and found some problems. I called them. They apologized and sent a crew out the same week. (Today March 15, 2020) and resolved all the problems. For that I am giving them 5 stars. We all make mistakes. How you handle that is what I value a lot. They were respectful and eager to resolve the problems. I will use them again.

I had a great experience working with M&D Sprinklers and especially their Supervisor Diego. I interviewed a lot of companies and was by far impressed the most with M&D and Diego. I had a 16 zone sprinkler system and PVC drains from gutters installed. Diego was great to work with and did everything he said he would and more. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend M&D Sprinklers.

Just got our entire sprinkler system repaired by M&D because they were recommended to us. They said they were not cheap but did a good job but we did not have that same experience. They were definitely not cheap but the communication the entire 2 months of trying to get it fixed was terrible. I constantly had to call them about when someone was coming. I wanted to have someone else come in the middle of them repairing it but decided to just keep going since we had already paid money. The person working on our system would show up sometimes unannounced and “fix” everything then we would be sent the bill without any explanation about what was fixed or shown that it was fixed. Used M&D Sprinklers for the first time for some residential repairs that I'd been neglecting. It was a 2 week wait to get on the schedule, but the technician came to my home before the actual scheduled time and had all the repairs done within 2 hours. He called me prior to arriving and then again with an estimate for repairs. I just walked the property and repairs were completed to satisfaction. Very happy with the company, their service, communication and result. I will definitely use them in the future.
