M & E Locksmith

0 Stars, and I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau! I am posting this review on behalf of a dissatisfied customer. M & E Locksmith is an unethical business and should not have a business license. I reported M & E to the Better Business Bureau. A technician installed a new lock in my door in May 2023. In November 2023, the lock became detached from my door. I contacted the technician who installed the lock, and he stated there would be a charge to inspect the lock. I went to the actual business to speak with the owner. The owner did not speak English. I found a Spanish interpreter in the shopping mall. According to the interpreter, the owner did not know anything about my lock installation and suggested I take whatever actions necessary to resolve my issue. His h

This is a great company!! I had to use different locksmiths in the past which has always been a dread because they try to charge you more than what you are quoted, get there late, etc. I had the pleasure of working with a Miguel from the shop and he was very polite and professional when it came to helping me out. He knew what he was doing, had a friendly demeaner about him and did not try to over charge me at all! Hopefully I will not need their services in the near future but if so, I will definitely call on M&E Locksmith to take care of the job! I have already recommended them to all my friends and family in the area! Thank you from a very pleased customer!!

Arrived on time, 20 minutes after quoting me a price over the phone. I was impressed given that I live 15 minutes away from their shop. The locksmith did the job quickly and even made me duplicates then and there for 5$. By far the cheapest quote I got (300$ less than the Acura dealer's quote). They made losing my only set of keys as painless as possible.

Very honest and respectful locksmith! I went to another locksmith and was charged higher prices, and said I needed to fix my ignition switch. I went to them for a second opinion and was very satisfied! The guy was honest and told me it was not my ignition switch.

Horrible locksmith. He broke my car's ignition and refused to leave until I paid him for a key that didn't even work. I had to pay an extra $500 to the dealer for my broken ignition and I still had to make another key with another locksmith.
