This place is absolutely the best! Nice, honest people. I called and they came out that morning and put in a new well pump and wiring from our home to the well all in one day! Thank you so much!!⭐

My well pump was noisier than it should be. Julie had Mark call me to talk about the issue. She provided me an estimate very quickly and had them come out to me the next business day to fix my well pump issue. I am very happy with the service.

A few years back I patiently waited weeks to have Mark come and look at my well. I did not have any water all that time but was OK to wait as I had used them previous and very satisfied. The work was over $2000. A week later I found the hose connection pipe had not been put back on. Called and Julie said Mark did not have the part on him but knew he had to come back. After waiting a year I called Pierson Plumbing and they came right out and I paid them to put the pipe on so I could use my hose. Shame on MJ for doing that to an elderly woman. I thought so highly of them and recommended them whenever I had a chance.

The lady on the phone named Julie was very helpful with all of the questions that I had for her. Very professional and polite. We already have had one well drilled by them which they did an awesome job. Thanks again.

When my well pump quit early on a Wednesday, I called M&J to see if they were available to help me out. Their crew was tied up that day, but Julie assured me that they would be at my place the next morning. Sure enough, Mark his right hand man came out and found the problem was a faulty switch in the basement, and not the pump itself as I had thought. He spent plenty of time making sure the rest of the system was working properly and billed me what I consider a very fair amount. Their service is as good as it gets. M&W is on my “go-to” list if I have water problems in the future.
