M Luke Concrete

Luke was scheduled to fill in an area between my driveway and round about on 5/10/2021. He rescheduled to 5/11/2021 and showed up with his crew late. Luke knew that it was supposed to be windy and rainy that day and did the job anyway. After laying the concrete, Luke placed plastic outlined with bricks to cover the freshly poured concrete. After removing the plastic, I discovered that the wind and rain caused the plastic to rub over the freshly poured concrete causing it to be rough and patchy. I also discovered that the concrete truck cracked my driveway. I notifed Luke and he said he would come back and repair both areas and he never came back even after a few followups. I reached out again nearly a year later on 4/13/2022 and Luke claims to not remember me. I provided details only w

Would not recommend. Hired to do a sidewalk, foundation for a shed, and a concrete pad. Totally destroyed my yard, messed up my drainage, left concrete stains on my siding, and jacked up the sprinkler system. He said he rerouted my drains but actually he buried them in the ground. The concrete is not level at all. He actually messed up the grade of my land. He kept promising to fix everything but never did to complete the job. Now he will not respond. I paid before the work was complete which was a huge mistake. Now I am stuck having to fix his work.

We wanted a front porch put in place of our front steps. They also redid our walkway leading up to the porch. The walkway looks perfect but the porch looks horrible. His team damaged our grass, irrigation system, front bushes, stripped the paint from the house where he pressure washed the concrete, not to mention they left small mounds of the unused dirt they brought with them for the concrete in our front yard. We have contacted him multiple times so he could come back and fix but he does not pick up. I would highly suggest that you steer clear of this company.

Mr. Luke and his crew were an absolutely gem fine! I tried for months to locate a contractor to install a parking concrete slab in my backyard. When I met Mr. Luke, I knew immediately that I had finally found the right man for the job. Not only did Mr. Luke finish the job in a timely and professional manner, he did such a beautiful job adding a stamped pattern that I decided that it looked too good to cover it with a car. We had the concrete removed from our pool area and replaced. Our concrete has over ten large cracks running thru the surface. I have called, LM, txt for McGahee Luke to come back out to make repairs for months, given me dates but has not showed back up. I have a video of the pool surface to share with anyone that is considering using Luke for concrete. I will have to take additional steps to contact BBB to get this resolved.
