Wow. A fabulous job. Thank you for removing that awful vinyl floor that had been installed poorly by another flooring company in yucaipa. The Vinyl did not last more than a few years in the kitchen. Thank you for reworking all of the carpet throughout the house , that was installed poorly and incorrectly with inexpensive cheap patting from the same well known carpet company in Yucaipa. I had the pleasure of working with M&M carpets a few weeks ago. Bob was extremely knowledgeable given his extensive background in installation. I cannot recommend M&M enough, they will not steer you wrong. Ask for Bob!

Had a water leak and had to pull up carpets and mat. We had used them before so we had them come in and out down fresh matt and the carpet ( which we had dried). Appointment was at 7:30 and that is when they arrived. Immediately they got to work and before I knew it they had finished cleaned up completely and were finished. Very satisfied.

My husband and I picked out carpet yesterday from here. Hunter told us he'd come out in the morning at 11:00 to measure our house. Noone ever showed up or even called us explaining why the weren't coming!! We waited and waited and finally left our home to return their samples of carpet back to them. When I walked in the store Hunter was just standing there doing nothing and I asked him what happened? We had an appointment with you. He said he tried calling but there was no answer. He said he didn't leave a message. I told him we waited and waited for him and he could have at least left a message. He claimed his truck broke down. He had a real attitude with me and told me to have a nice day! Well buddy you lost out on $5000 I'll go somewhere else with people that have good customer service
