I've had this company for years and loved them.They were always so kind and they always picked up our trash in two trash cans , full weekly. I miss them deeply already since they retired.

I’ve been with this group for a few years and have no problem with the folks that pick up on my weekly service: exception is holidays, but that’s understandable. On those weeks , trash can be picked up on the next day offered that week. I would rate 5 stars but the business end is NOT as efficient as the drivers/ pickup guys. No one answers the phone. It would be nice if a msg could be left if NO service is offered during inclement weather. Watch your bills. They will raise by a dollar or 2 consecutively unless you “call them “ on it. Recall, they don’t answer the phone?

I get two days per week service. The guys that pick up are wonderful. They do a great job, put the cans back where they were and help carry things to the truck if it’s ever needed. I have had service with them since 1988 and have had very few problems. In saying that, getting through on the phone is nearly impossible. I almost would offer my services to answer the phones, for free trash pick up, but love my retirement too much lol.

They have not picked up my waste twice in the last two weeks. They ran over one of trash cans (months ago), and they are expensive. Lastly, you get a hand written post card every other month that has your total. Archaic.

I can’t tell you how many times they miss my pick up. Called and spoke to a woman who has no concept of customer service. She’s rude and disrespectful. I asked her if I get credit when they miss my pick up and was told no. Just put it out next week. I explained to her I pay for weekly pickup. If you miss a week you should credit me for that week. Went over like a fart in church. This company is poorly managed and they absolutely don’t care!
