Zero stars. I would avoid doing business with them again at all costs! Terrible installation, and the owner, Chris, completely avoided talking to us to resolve the problem. I find that to be extremely cowardly behavior, to completely avoid talking to a customer to resolve an issue. The installers did not remove the old carpet padding (the blue padding in the pictures), despite it saying to do so in the contract. We did not find out until later when we needed to pull up a corner of the carpet. Was baffled that they literally cut corners. I was also told by a Shaw (the carpet M&M installed) representative that the installers not using the Shaw padding voids the Shaw warranty. M&M also didn't tell us that the subfloors needed repairing and did a crappy job of trying to patch it with scrap woo

Luis is an incredibly skilled flooring specialist! He had a wonderful disposition and really focused on the details. He was patient and kind as I struggled to make color decisions and offered just the right amount of skilled insight for refinishing our red oak floors with an oil based finish (my preference, he has tons of experience with water based as well). 10/10 recommend. He's been in the business for 30 years and it shows. He showed up on time every day of the job. He refinished both floors of our house and the stairs in between, with full quarter round replacement. We have had M & M floors install new hardwoods in our last two homes. Both houses had existing hardwoods which they feathered in flawlessly. Sanded down and stained everything to our liking. Looked like one complete brand new floor. 3 coats of poly has held up great against our dogs. They also installed carpet in a few rooms and a staircase runner, both look amazing. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Installation crew showed up early and knocked out the work on time. I definitely recommend going with them on your next floor project.

Fantastic service from M&M Flooring! We had them patch a hole after we removed a half wall, then sand and restrain the whole area and we were blown away by the results! You can’t tell there was a patch done at all, and the stain is gorgeous. They were very fairly priced and quick to boot!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST -- ABSOLUTELY! Having used M&M in the past, and with close friends owning a home construction business, my wife steered me to M&M. Researching soon clearly indicated to me that they were a highly rated and praised company. While setting up an appointment, which first seemed "restrictive" (as I had preferred just walking into a showroom), we found that the "show" room was designed for personal service -- that wife and I greatly appreciated -- we were patiently informed and guided through selections; made a very well informed choice; shortly thereafter, received the invoice.
