These people are a rip off! Don’t use them unless you want to be charged a ridiculous amount of money! This was a simple job. Our generator was throwing an error code. They sent out two people for the job, one in training, but they each charged $100 per hour, so after spending $800 the issue is not even fixed! This job did not require two people! I’m paying the bill, but want to warn others!

We had a power issue on a Friday night and spent the weekend trying to get someone to even return our call. We was finally referred to these people by a company that said we are out of their service area. I called and in less than 2 hours Mark made some arrangements and was at our door. He looked things over and found the problem. Finally someone who cares about customer service. And the bill was actually less than I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Mike and his team here are the easiest electricians to work with. High quality work, great communication, and they stay until the job is done even if it's late into the night. We've used them numerous times and they exceed expectations over and over again.

They did a sufficient job with the electrical, for the most part. But the reason I'm giving them a 1 star is because they were very unprofessional, and made my house so incredibly dirty, after 3 days of work. They never washed their hand, tracked dirt throughout my house and left hand prints everywhere. They also left many holes in my walls that I could not "easily fix" so he said. They did not communicate with me about the cost when I specifically asked them not to go over a certain amount, yet they went over by a thousand dollars. They did, however, make that part right. The part that really upset me was the attitude the electrician had about "doing work for free". Completely unprofessional!

I had the best experience with this company! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
