I would highly recommend not using this company. The day of work they arrived 30 minutes late. Read the contract carefully. poor work. shower body installed is not flush with the tile wall. it sticks out 1/2 inch. will have to put thick caulking myself to fill the gap. horrible communication. you pay $235 an hour (including their lunch break) and they have an 8 hour minimum, so if they finish early you still have to pay for 8 hours because it's in the contract. they also badly scratched our wood floors in two places and nothing has been done to date to rectify it. AVOID THEM. Unless you want to pay $2221.05 to replace a shower body that you supply for them to install.

I attached the invoice here to indicate this is real…(but I removed the address for privacy reasons).. This company is a complete rip-off—beware! We live in the same neighborhood (just a 15-minute walk away), yet they billed us for 3 hours of travel time plus 1.5 hours of overtime labor. Overtime for what? The plumbers were in our apartment for barely an hour to replace some pipes. Our building super even mentioned that they were already in the building that day handling other jobs, so it should have been convenient for them to stop by ours. Despite that, they charged us as a ‘private client’—something we never requested, and were never told in advance. To make matters worse, there was no upfront estimate. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Installation of a new toilet! They claimed that the guys worked for 7.5 hours ( had to come the second time because they couldn’t fix the toilet the first time- their fault). My total charge was $2634.66 for a toilet installation. I was under the impression that I owed them $1300(5 hours max) but after sending me an initial invoice for $1700( I questioned that charge) Jacqueline writes back telling me ohh we forgot to add extra hours and modified the invoice to $2634.66 (This is clearly an evil thing to do) I am filling a complaint with the NYC department of consumer and worker protection ( DCWP) for overcharging me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Whoever’s driving the van doesn’t look when he’s turning and did a double lane change to cut me off so he wouldn’t be stuck in a couple minutes of traffic

Horrible customer service. They are not reliable and they over promise and under deliver or just don’t show up at all.
