We've hired M&S Flooring for several projects, and each time they supercede expectations. The staff and service are top-notch, I highly recommend them.
Eric looked at job, provided a quote that was agreed upon, and came back to residence for final measurements one week before renovations were scheduled to start. He then waited 5 minutes after leaving this appointment and called to say he can’t do the job. Left us to scramble to get another flooring company in to do the work. Poor customer service.
Very friendly employees. Great service and very polite, courteous and knowledgeable installation crews. The installers really take pride in their work.
Excellent company! I highly recommend!
