Late Friday night I noticed a gas smell coming from my 2009 water heater and called M3 Plumbing around 9 PM. Chase answered right away and was at my house by 8 AM Saturday to diagnose the issue before the supply house closed. He and his two-person team arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and helped me decide that replacing the unit was the best option. The quote was very reasonable, and the new water heater was installed efficiently—I was grateful to have hot water back for the weekend.
